Rose Water Macaron

50g almond flour 65g confectioner sugar 20g granulated sugar One egg white Gel food color of choice
Beat egg white until foamy and add granulated sugar, bring to soft peaks.
Add gel color of choice and mix to stiff peaks
Fold dry ingredients until lava consistency.
Let the macarons dry for 10-15 minutes Preheat oven to 300°F
4tbsp butter 1/4 cup confectioner sugar 1/3 cup melted white chocolate 1tsp rose water
Cream butter and confectioner sugar. Add melted chocolate and rose water, mix until fluffy. Smell that? It's heaven.
Once macarons are dry, add some sparkle to your life. Bake for 15 minutes, rotate halfway through.
Let macarons cool for 15 minutes
