DONUTS 1 & 1/4 cup gluten free flour 1/2 cup coconut blossom sugar 3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 flax seed "egg" (1 tbsp ground flax & 2.5 tbsp water) GANACHE GLAZE 80g dark chocolate 60ml coconut cream 30 ml agave nectar

Lightly grease a mini donut pan Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and salt

Make the flax "egg" by combining ground flax and water. Allow to stand for a few minutes. Combine coconut milk, coconut oil, vanilla and flax mixture and stir thoroughly

Add wet ingredient mixture to dry ingredients Stir until completely combined

Spoon batter into greased donut pan I find it easier to use a piping bag

Bake for 15 minutes Remove from oven After 5 minutes remove from pan and allow to cool completely on wire rack

Melt chocolate and agave nectar in microwave oven

Stir coconut cream into melted chocolate

Make sure ganache is completely smooth

Carefully spoon ganache glaze over cooled donuts
