The last few weeks I was cooking and baking so many sweet stuff so I decided to do something savory. And so I made this crispbreads and they turned out so good! I like to eat them with cream cheese, avocado, cress and salmon. But they are also very good as a little healthy snack during the day.
1 cup (100g) rye flour 1 cup (100g) spelt flour 1 cup (90g) rolled oats 1/2 cup (70g) flax seeds 1/2 cup (70g) sunflower seeds 1/2 cup (70g) sesam 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp olive oil 1 1/2 - 2 cup (4,5 - 5 dl) water
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the olive oil and water and blend well together. Preheat oven to 320F (160C) . Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Divide the dough in two and spread each piece on the separate baking sheets. Spread the dough evenly and divide into suitable pieces with a pizza roller or knife. Place one baking sheet at the bottom of the oven and the other one at the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, change the position of the two baking sheets. Let cool completely on wire racks.
