Kuisine with berries
I like porridge for breakfast. The oats are an excellent source of slow release energy, which will keep you going throughout the day.
1 – 1 1/2 cup (100-130g) rolled oats 1 tbsp Chia seeds 1 1/2 (350ml) water 1 cup (250ml) milk 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt 1 hand full almonds, chopped fresh fruits for serving
Place oats, chia seeds water, milk and salt in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Bring to low heat and stir until the water is just absorbed and the porridge has thickened (4-5 minutes).
Add honey and vanilla. Serve in bowls with fresh fruits and chopped almonds.
