Fettuccine al peposo
Fettuccine is a tipycal italian plate of pasta: eggs, flour and love!
320 gr fettuccine 300 gr rump 2 glasses red wine 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Garlic, herbs, pecorino and pepper
Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the garlic, crush it and cook it with oil; add the meat and brown it for 5 minutes and then add the wine and let it evaporate. Add the herbs, tomato pasta, pepper and continue cooking over low heat and cover for 35 minutes. Cook pasta in salted water and add the sauce and pecorino and oil.
