Find some pretty fleece

AND LET'S GET STARTED

WHAT YOU NEED:

Fleece: 2 pieces at 10" x 30" (I used grey for the liner) Sharp scissors Sewing pins Sewing machine Thread

_______

NOW,

pin the long sides together and leave the short sides open. See next page for details.

Use a 3/8" seam allowance

Trim off any excess fabric after sewing.

NOW THE TRICKY PART: Put your left arm through the tube you just sewed. Grab the patterned fleece with your right fingers so it stays put. Pull the short end through the tube and match up with the other short side. Flatten tube to be pinned.

PIN SHORT SIDES TOGETHER

PUT YOUR SCARF TUBE OVER YOUR MACHINE TO SEW TOGETHER SHORT SIDES

Here is your tube after being sewn.

Almost done!

Remember that gap we left in the long side of the scarf? Use that to turn your fleece right sides out. Pin up the gap, and sew as close to the edge as you can.

Snip loose threads and you're done!
