What you'll need

1 cup raw almonds 1 cup water 1 tbs kosher salt 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 tbs chili powder 1 tomato, roasted 1 small red onion, grilled or sautéed 1 jalapeño, roasted

Soak almonds, turmeric, and salt in 1/2 cup water overnight. Drain and rinse. Put rinsed almonds, 1/3 cup water, & spices in a blender & purée until smooth.

Dice the tomato, onion, & jalapeño, & fold into purée. Serve with some tortilla chips or slicked up veggies & Voila! >>>
