This brownie recipe is so easy. They are so delicious!
1 1/8 Cup (250g) butter 7 oz (200g) dark chocolate 4 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 Cup (340g) sugar 1/2 tsp ground vanilla or vanilla extract 1 (120g) Cup flour 5 1/4 oz (150g) walnuts or pecan
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180-200 degrees C). 2. Grease and flour an 8-inch square (30x15cm) pan. 3. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat. 4. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and drop into the melted butter. Wait until the chocolate have melted. Mix butter and chocolate. 5. Stir in eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and flour. Mix it well. 6. Stir in Nuts.
7. Pour into the baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook. 8. Wait until they cool off. Cut in brownie-size pieces. Dust with powdered sugar.
