One-bowl Pumpkin Scones

To say that these are addictive is an understatement, I believe. Think pumpkin goodness in scones flavored with maple. And with spice to perk everything up. Makes for an ideal breakfast / snack. -
Step one : sift 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Step 2 : add in 5 tbsp butter, 1/3 c milk, 3 tbsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp pumpkin purée. Mix.
Step 3 : form 10 1-inch high dollops on a piece of parchment paper and bake for 15 mins in an oven preheated to 180c.
Step 4 : let them cool and store in an airtight glass container. Toast prior to serving. Enjoy.
