Caption: You will need
Scissors
1" sided paper hexagon
2.5" fabric squares
Straight pin
Needle and thread

Caption: Pin paper form to the backside of your fabric square.

Caption: Fold over one side of your fabric and hold tight.
Picture
Caption: Moving counter-clockwise fold over the next side of fabric.
Picture
Caption: Place your needle through from top to bottom making sure to grab both folds of fabric. Pull (non knotted) thread through leaving a 1" tail.

Caption: Pass through once more, this last stitch will secure your hexagon with out having to knot your thread.

Caption: Continue in the same manner of folding and sewing going counter-clockwise.

Caption: Only pass through the remaining corners once to secure. (You only stitch twice in the beginning)

Caption: Once you have passed through all 6 corners, stitch one last time through the beginning corner to secure your thread.

Caption: Snip your thread leaving a 1" tail.
