France, Italy, Canada and Hong Kong In a single film roll

Christmas before Christmas ✍

My film camera is my souvenir machine. I take it everywhere and I don't take many pictures with it. I shoot pointless things, people I love, pretty landscapes... When I picked up my last film roll I was excited like always, and when I overviewed it, I was surprised to see that I have shot it in 4 different countries over 3 continents. From holiday memories to real photography attempts, I wanted to share it all with you.

Ontario ✍

In August, I was sent back to Canada again, this time in a province I've never visited before, Ontario. I've been there to photograph and to film the Ontario 1x1 campaign. I road tripped in the province in the company of Kael Rebick, Hiroaki Fukuda, Pei Ketron and Tim Landis. Meet them on Keep Exploring's YouTube channel and the Ontario 1x1 video series!

Doug the farmer ✍

Like all the road trips, the destination might not be the most interesting part. We stumbled upon very scenic fields or this pretty garage/farm and met this guy. He was very suspicious when we stopped and then explained us that some guys came to steal his vintages signs. When we explained him we were just visitors in a photo quest, we chatted for a bit and I took a souvenir portrait of him in his scenery.

I made this small video to recap our trip, I invite you to plug your earphones and tilt your iPhone for the next page ☻

Italy ✍

Well. You know. When the person counts 1000 times more than the picture. I'm pleased to introduce you my friend Nicolas in his old classic French car and my grandmother, in her apartment where I have so much memories.

Hong Kong ✍

Most of my next shots are taken in the financial centre. At this moment students are occupying the place, protesting against China's imposed politics. They called this the umbrella movement and I was amazed by how organized and clean the protesters are. The barracks are all tents sitting on the highway, there was no garbage, everything was recycled and small DIY wooden bridges were making the junction between the highway's lanes. Respect.
