Mushroom Tart Recipe

Be inspired...

...and put these in your shopping basket during the market visit..

300 g ready to use refrigerated tart dough 1 pear 200g taleggio cheese 2 tbsp crème fraîche 1 tbsp butter or olive oil 2 small cooked potatoes (optional) some walnuts sea salt & pepper thyme

also add these ingredients to your list::

...don't forget to get cracking on the walnuts

As day light is getting shorter you need to get going and preheat the oven to 250C. Paste the dough with crème fraîche, slice the pear and layer the slices and the potatoes (optional) on the tart. Now add the in oil or butter fried mushrooms. Generously layer the sliced cheese on top of the tart.

and before the tart goes into oven sprinkle with shopped thyme, sea salt & pepper

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is runny and your tart got a beautiful almost sun kissed indian summer look
