Finally I was on my way. This trip had been in the works for over a year, and by now I was just about good and ripe. Iceland is every landscape photographer's dream, and although I don't limit myself to shooting landscapes only, I was pretty darn stoked to finally be packing my bags. Destination: Iceland!
After the relatively short flight, just 3,5 hours, we were checked into the famous Kex Hostel.
After checking into the trendy Kex Hostel, we took an afternoon stroll around the streets of Reykjavík. Small, but quaint, this capital city has nice vibe to it.
After taking a bus, the subway, an airplane and another bus, why not end the evening with a little boat-trip.
These beasts packed a lot of power, and were a lot harder to steer than I had imagined. Someone may or may not have taken a spill, no names mentioned.
