Coconut Macaroons


Unsweetened coconut flakes Coconut flour Sea salt Honey (or maple syrup) Coconut oil Vanilla

In a food processor, pulse the coconut, coconut flour & salt. Add the honey, oil, & vanilla.

Process until well combined.

Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake the macaroons at 350 F for 10 minutes, rotating halfway through. Cool on the pan for 10 minutes.


(Try not to eat them all at once.)
