Honey Coconut Almond Granola
Ingredients: 3 cups rolled oats 2 cups nuts, roughly chopped (almonds, hazelnuts, etc) 1 cup large coconut flakes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit
Add oats, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, and salt to a baking sheet. Top with melted coconut oil and honey. Toss to combine.
Toast in 300 oven for 35-40 min, until golden brown. Stir in dried fruit. Store and enjoy.
