Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes
These pancakes are a great healthy alternative to your typical pancakes. Try them out!
1 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup liquid egg whites 1 banana 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a magic bullet, pulse the oats until grainy. Then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well mixed.
*Note: you can use a food processor or blender instead if you don't have a magic bullet. This makes these pancakes super easy and fast to whip up. Plus, barely any dishes to clean!
Heat a pan to medium low and spray with grease. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to measure the batter for each pancake. Cook until brown on both sides
