BLACK RICE WITH VELLUTATA ARANCIONE
- Chop the pumpkin in big parts - Fine chop shallot, carrots tomatoes and the fish
Boil together pumpkin and shallot in small amount of water, you will blend and melt the vellutata later
- Cook together tomatoes carrots and fish. - Cook for 10-15 minutes. - Keep fish and tomato stuffed and soft and leave the carrots a bit "croustillant"
Mix black rice, previously cooked in boiled salted water for 18/20 minutes, with fish and vegetables
Mix/Blend the pumpkin to create a soft orange cream
-Prepare a "letto" of vellutata arancione -Put on top the black rice
This is a original recipe to prepare a different rice salad. If you follow exactly this method you'll impress your sweetheart. I used all bio ingredients, avoid powders or industrial food. If you can't buy fresh products try to find the best you can in your neighbor. Drink a glass of sparkling ginger juice with this meal or eat after a fruit salad. Respect your food, ingredients and yourself. Eat less but better.
