PLUM JAM

BLUE PLUMS, or whatever kind

Cut the plums in 4 and remove the stones

Add the same amount of sugar ( brown + white) as the weight of the plums + 1 cinnamon stick and 1 star anise. Cook it all in your widest pan in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour. Stirr now and then.

VOILA!

Enjoy! PS: Tastes grate on toast and french cheese.
