It's a Sunday in Masachapa Nicaragua. It's hot, muggy and dusty all at the same time. The locals have come to an open dusty field to socialize, drink and and let their children ride the most deadly carnival rides imaginable. The music is blaring from each attraction but it cannot over power the roar of the crowd from a two story shanty arena. Many local men and a few women throw themselves into this third wold coliseum to test their nerve against large, horned, bovine beasts. All the while the walls of this multi level structure are teaming with screaming, cheering people. Those in the arena are coursing with adrenaline, no matter how little they have in life in that moment they are everything.
