The Basilica of the Ascension of the Virgin Mary. This temple is famous as the eternal resting place of the German monk and mystic, Thomas à Kempis. Construction of the temple began in 1394 and lasted over half a century.
There are so many great restaurants and shops and so much to see in this little town. We will be back when we can spend more time. Off to some water activities tomorrow. Cheers,
