Place butter in a pot and cook on medium
heat until brown. Transfer to mixer and let
Chop chocolate into small pieces.
Cream the chilled butter, sugars and salt
Add eggs, coconut cream and vanilla.
Add flour and baking soda. Mix well.
Fold in chocolate.
Scoop onto parchment paper.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 325F for 5 minutes, rotate and cook
for another 5 minutes.
