After 3 months of solitary farm work,
we were ready to start our dream trip.
Bought Big Blue here and saved more
than enough to renovate and travel. Ole
Blue would be our companion from
Perth to Melbourne

Meant for 4WD, but we took our
2WD van on a 2hr sandy road to
this free camp spot where the
red cliffs meet sea. Worth it.

Daintree Rainforest
Daintree is coined the oldest
rainforest and is only accessible
by a river ferry so we popped Big

where rainforest meets reef

Heron Island is a 2 hour boat ride to the

BEST snorkeling we’ve ever done EVER.

Able to take big blue over the ferry and
camped out for a few days. Snorkeling
wasn’t great but the wildlife and hikes
made up for it ...over 500 koalas on the
island alone...
