This evening, and a late walk as our week’s holiday comes to a close. It was raining when we arrived at John Muir, and still gloomy as we walked through the woods. But that’s one of the beautiful things about this place: the mood can change when you reach the bay. Tonight, we arrived to find this gentle light and calm water. It felt like a moment to steady our minds for the week ahead.
