Gather your greens. I like a combination
of spinach and chard.

Chop your Greens and spring onions
,
Lay your Fillo sheets in a baking dish and
brush each one liberally with olive oil.

Pace your chopped greens, onions and
feta mixture on top of the fillo.
,
Fold over excess fillo sheets.  Add the
remaining sheets on top.
,
Brush more olive oil and score the pie.
Bake in 180 deg C preheated oven for
45 mins.
,
Once cooked allow to cool in pan for 15
mins. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
