Sweet Potato Chips & Tangy Avocado
Dip

This one is pretty
simple.

Start by slicing your
sweet potatoes as
thin as you can
,
Add 2 Tbls Olive
oil and 1/4 tsp
salt per potato
,
Spread them out on a baking sheet
(preferably perforated) and bake at 200
for at least 2.5 hours. If they’re not
crispy enough just keep em going!

While they bake
get going on the dip.

1/4 cup
Parsley
Juiced
Scooped out
1 tablespoon
( Apple cider
vinegar)
1/2 cup
3 cloves Garlic
,
Blend until smooth and creamy
,
When your chips are nice and crispy take them out and
sprinkle a little salt on top
,
Enjoy!
