Chimichurri Flank Steak
Before anyone goes telling me that this
isn’t a traditional Chimichurri sauce, it’s
the best I could do with what’s on hand...
and it tasted really good :)
-2 garlic cloves
-1 Tbl oregano (I was out)
-1 Tbl (ish) paprika
and chili flake mixed
-4Tbl chopped parsley
-5 Tbl olive oil
-2 Tbl red wine vinegar
-3 Tbl water
-Salt and pepper to taste
Combine and
let sit, the longer
the better
Now for the steak rub. This is a pretty
standard one I use based off whatever is
in the spice rack. A little coffee is a nice
add and some chopped cilantro for
some freshness.
About 15 min
on high
Let the steak rest, cut against
the grain, and top
generously with your
Chimichurri 👌
