MY BEST SHOTS
,
Steller challenged us to create a story
with our best shots.

I found it very difficult because...
what value do I use to define
#mybestshots ?

This was Iceland last. year, November 2019
Iceland last year, November 2019
Technically my best shots are the most recent
ones, my photography skills keep improving (or
at least I like to believe so), my style changes
continuously and I don’t like much the pictures
I took one year ago
Stykkishólmur
,
Iceland.
I like this one because I captured
the light reflecting on the steam
coming out of a natural hot
spring, with a lighthouse in the
background.
,
There was this great light in Rome and I took this
series of pictures that I love
Rome, February 2020
,
I am quite proud of this because I
noticed the sun light up the faces
of the two guys in the shade, and I
don’t usually notice details like
this 😬
Milan, February 2020
,
Sometimes I surprise myself because I get some
good ideas 🤪.
At first I photographed this vineyard with a sign in
the middle, then I thought “why not putting a face
there?”
Home, October 2019
,
There are some pictures from the past that
I include in my best because even though
they might not be of the best quality, they
move something inside while bringing back
nice memories
,
THEY REMIND ME OF COOL
PLACES OR EXPERIENCES
Ushguli, Georgia 2017 after a
three day trek
,
Iran, 2015

This photo has a bit of
history behind:
originally on the
upper part it included
the dome that you
see reflected below,
but to post it on
instagram I had to
crop it (at the time ig
only took 1:1 format)
and so I discovered
that without the
dome and with only
the reflection of it, it
was much cooler (in
my opinion).

THEY REMIND ME OF THE SWEET
PEOPLE I MET
,
Tanzania, 2012
,
But my best pictures ever are portraits of
people I love and that are not with us
anymore 💙
(and here I get a bit blue)
,
My sweet grandma, that already has a story here
on Steller
,
This because I spied on my grandparents while
they were reading the newspaper in the
morning
,
And this because this is how we all remember
my grandpa, sitting in front of his vegetable
garden, checking on the crop and looking at
passers-by.
,
Thank you Steller, it was a nice trip down
memory lane (and another cool theme!).

And thank you all for reading ❤️
