Ingredients

250g butter
250g sugar
350g flour
1 tsp baking
powder
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
essence
4 tbsp cold
water

Method
,
Beat together the
butter and sugar
until pale in colour
,
Add the eggs
slowly
,
Mix together the
flour and baking
powder and fold into
the wet mix
,
Add the vanilla
essence and water
and mix thoroughly
,
Spoon the mix
into cases
,
Bake At 180
Degrees Celsius
for 15 minutes
,
Cool on a wire
rack
,
Decorate with Glaze
icing, hundreds &
thousands, chocolate
spread, sweets or...
,
Cut the top of and cut in
half. Pipe on whipped
cream and arrange the top
to form a “butterfly”
,
