Dedicated to the public in 2002, the Idaho
Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial in Boise
was built by the Wassmuth Center for Human
Rights and is the only Anne Frank Memorial in
the United States. It is also one of the few
places in the world where the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is on
permanent, public display in its entirety.
Etched in stone throughout the Memorial are
quotes against injustice and oppression, which
offer wisdom, aspiration, hope, and kindness.
Visiting the Memorial is free-of-charge and
open 24/7.
