Just as we were about to cross this bridge they began to close it for boat traffic. So we decided to watch this engineering feat in action. So many boats here.
For €5 you can do the windmill tour. It was really fascinating. The highlight was getting to walk on the deck of the windmill and see how it operates. And also take in the view of this stunning city.
Just off the Centrum Markt are amazing tree lined alleys. Safe pedestrian only zones with flowers galore. We could get lost for hours roaming these nooks.
