Fall in British Columbia was amazing last September. My favorite adventure was hiking around the turquoise waters of lake emerald. You can canoe here, look for wildlife and take pictures of the stunning mountain scenery. Lake emerald is very close to Banff, and a short drive away from the famed Icefields parkway.
