How to do:
Melt the butter and let it cool. Divide
the yolks from the whites.
Work the egg yolks with the sugar and
then add the butter.
Mix the flour with the yeast and the
cereals. Beat the egg whites with the
sugar and salt.
Add the flour to 170g of yogurt and the
cranberries to the egg yolks, then add
the whipped egg whites to the rest of the
dough.
Heat a very flat pan with a thin layer of
butter, pour a ladle of dough and cook
the pancakes
Let them brown on both sides.
Serve them two by two with maple
syrup, a bowl of Greek yogurt with a mix
of cereals and honey and a glass of fresh
orange juice.
