BLACK LIVES MATTER.
Now & FOREVER
London, UK
,
,
Listening.
Learning.
Donating our hearts and resources the best we can.
Our eyes are open and we are not going to hide
ourself in our homes and act like everything is okay.

I am aware that I am a white privileged in London.
I have absolutely no idea what it feels like to be black
living in this world but I have the opportunity to learn
and also hopefully spread awareness to people I’
surrounded by who might share different views than I
have.

I am hopeful. If we do the work will our kids grow
up in a different space?

With love,

B.

BLACK LIVES MATTER not
just today, everyday.

We sang, we danced, we screamed, we
marched, we took a knee. What an
emotional and eye opening experience.
We listened to the stories of those who had
lost loved ones as a result of institutional
racism. Who were failed by the very system
that exists to protect us.
If you think this is only an ‘American
problem’ then check your privilege and
open your eyes. Enough is enough.

Always.

Seeing so many people united was a special thing.
It's hard to imagine going back to ”life as usual” next week.
The listening, learning and real change starts here.

”TELL YOUR FRIENDS
TO PULL UP”

All the protests in London were incredibly powerful.
,
,
I can’t put into words the energy at the protests in
London.
, ,
,
“I’ve never seen anything like it - and it’s powerful. There
are so many young people all in unity.”
,
,
‘Not sure’ becomes ‘not my problem’.
It’s not enough to be ‘not sure’ when racism is still
taking lives”...
Educate yourselves people, PROPERLY (not news and
not media) because without knowledge and
understanding you are ignorant and can’t form a valid opinion!

EVERY HUMAN  HAS A ROLE TO PLAY IN EDUCATING AND
OVERCOMING RACISM
TOGETHER WE CAN!!

THE
BLACK LIVES MATTER
All this is about solidarity, not just sympathy.
Let the conversations continue, take action in
any way possible and let this be a turning point
for change.

This week I became aware of how uneducated I
am about black history, racism, oppression,
slavery and white supremacy.
I acknowledge that I will never fully understand
but I will continue to learn, spread awareness
and will always be compassionate towards black
people because these issues are their reality!
