Our trip began in the air, flying over
the Belize barrier reef to our hotel on
a small island at the edge of the reef!

As it is a secluded island nearly 35
miles off the shore, all the power
must come from renewables. They
chose solar!

Arriving at Francis Ford Coppola’s
hotel in the jungle! FFC directed

Room was cool, it’s open air, so no AC/heat,
but best of all, no single use plastics of any
kind at the whole resort. And...there’s a
shellphone, which is dope.
