SELF-CARE, that’s what tomorrow is going to be all about for me. Taking care of my body, doing that expensive sheet mask I’ve been saving, eating comfort food, hiking with the dogs, a bottle of red wine... my anxiety is through the roof, but I did my best to put together a self-care plan for tomorrow.
